GoTenerife Terms & Conditions







A Client may make enquiries in person or by telephone, mail or email with Acceptance of reservations by is purely by receipt of a deposit either by cheque, cash or PayPal and depends upon the availability of the premises.  Reservations are considered “official” only when confirmed by by mail or email.



Upon receipt of confirmation of reservation (as specified above) the client agrees to pay the full balance at least 6 weeks prior to departure for the holiday period in question.



The minimum period of rental is generally one week, but shorter periods are considered and usually acceptable.  Prices are per booking per week or part week thereof calculated on a daily basis at the daily rate in force at the time of booking.  In particular circumstances reserves the right to make rentals with different conditions.  Prices have been calculated on the basis of exchange rates and price ceilings in effect from 1 Jan 2009. reserve the right to change the price prior to full payment in accordance with changes in the costs of tourist services.  If the total cost should exceed 10% of the price quoted, the client may withdraw from contract by giving written notice to within 48 hours of receipt of notice of the higher price.




The agreed and booked day no earlier than 16:00.


The agreed and booked day no later than 12:00 midday.


Where no previous guests are departing on the booked day of arrival, and/or, where no subsequent guests are arriving on the booked day of departure, GoTenerife generally accept that clients will be permitted access to the relevant property as required based on flight arrival or departure time.  GoTenefire reserve the right to restrict access to the relevant property as defined in the above Arrival and Departure schedule.


Any modifications to the time of arrival or departure must be communicated and approved by at least three days in advance of the booked date(s).

In the case of unforeseen delay(s) on the day of arrival the client must phone on +44 (0)1477 535179 or +44 (0)7730 019233 any day prior to 5.00 pm.  In case of failure to make such call, both the owner and have no obligation to the client.



Insurance cover for any damage to property, personal effects or personal injury is not included in the rental price. accepts no liability for loss or damage to property, personal effects or personal injury irrespective of cause. strongly recommends that all clients arrange for insurance to cover their possessions and person during their stay.



The number of persons lodged in the accommodation may not exceed the number of beds indicated in the description, with the exception of children of 5 years or under.  The number of persons may of course be fewer than the beds.



Each holiday home is thoroughly cleaned and is presented to the client in a clean and perfect condition.  We trust that you treat our property with respect and leave them in the same condition as found.



In case of need of repairs or general maintenance the owner (or a person nominated by the owner) has the right upon giving advance notice to the client, to enter the premises rented, both indoor and outdoor, accompanied by professional, trustworthy workmen.



If the client cancels the reservation in writing, having already sent the rental, the following cancellation penalties will be charged to the client:

8 weeks or less before the holiday start date


No return of rental

Greater than 8 weeks before the holiday


Return of 50% of deposit

Reimbursement will be made by cheque sent by mail.

There will be no refund once the rental period has commenced.


RESPONSIBILITY has visited and checked every accommodation cited and the descriptions contained herein are accurately presented in good faith.  In case of problems the client must undertake to communicate them to within 24 hours of arrival at the place rented.  The client must undertake to give reasonable time and access to resolve any such problem(s).  Clients who leave an accommodation prior to the agreed upon date will have no right to reimbursement.  Complaints made by a client more than 24 hours after arrival or at the end of the rental period can receive no reimbursements or indemnification, unless unusual circumstances apply which will be treated on a case by case basis.


CANCELLATION BY may in exceptional circumstances cancel the contract in whole or in part without penalty.  In such case, if the contract is cancelled before its initiation, the client will receive full reimbursement of all money paid.  In case has to cancel the reservation for a particular accommodation, it may substitute a similar accommodation by agreement with the client if the price is lower, the difference will be reimbursed to the client; if the price is higher, the difference will be charged to the client.  In case agreement is not reached, the money spent by the client will be reimbursed, less the reservation fee.



Prices are guaranteed.  No surcharges.



All of the above constitute "force majeure" and are not the responsibility of  Any additional expenditure borne by the client and caused by such conditions will not be reimbursed, nor will any services lost thereby be recoverable.



For any dispute the Court of Tenerife is the competent jurisdiction.  A reservation implies knowledge and acceptance without reserve or exception of the General Conditions here set forth.  If any of the conditions of the contract were or should become invalid, or if there should occur any omission, the validity of the remaining conditions will not be subject to litigation.
